Henri Valloton, head of the third generation of the family estate founded in 1932, passionately continues the winegrowing heritage begun by his grandfather Oswald and his father André. A committed winegrower, he makes it a point of honour to make the most of the terroir by adapting each grape variety to the most favourable conditions, on carefully selected plots in Fully, Saillon and other parts of the Valais. With 10 hectares of vines, some of which date back to the 1930s, Henri continues to expand the estate, particularly the Follaterres, guided by his love of the Valais terroirs.
